Biobank Côte d'Azur and the LPCE were pleased to host Dr Pezzuto Federica for an internship.

"For me it was a pleasure, but even more an honour, having the opportunity to work with you and your group. I am lucky to work with Prof Calabrese in a referral centre for thoracic pathology in Italy. I think that my participation in the Giordano fellowship program in LPCE will contribute to my routinary practice.
I have always had two ambitions in my working life: being a pathologist and being a professor. Research allows me to reconcile these two great passions. Attending your laboratory has confirmed to me that diagnostics and research can travel together with the ultimate goal of ensuring the best possible chance for patients. For the moment, being a pathologist is a goal achieved. Becoming a professor is difficult, but I will work on it!
I sincerely thank you for this opportunity and I hope to be able to continue collaborating with you and your staff in the future.
